Our company seeks suitable experienced candidates to join us as:
Corporate Secretarial Assistant
Successful candidates will handle a portfolio of clients consisting of private companies and foreign companies in the provision of corporate secretarial services which include:-
- Attend to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters
- Incorporate of or strike off companies
- Prepare necessary documents re AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ minutes etc
- Advise on and ensure compliance requirements with statutory and regulatory provisions
- Conversant in statutory filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities
- Maintain necessary statutory records
- Ability to work independently or with minimize supervision
- Undertaken courses in statutory secretarial works, or equivalent qualifications
- Familiar with the Companies Act and related requirements
- Minimum 2 years corporate secretarial experience, desirable
- Proficiency in computer skills
- 5-day work week plus medical & hospitalisation benefits, etc.
- Attractive remuneration offered.
- Office is outside CBD near MRT station
