Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager | Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients, both local and foreign in all their corporate secretarial matters which include but are not limited to:
° Incorporation | Setting up of Charity and Society | Amendment of Constitution
° Attending board meetings on corporate exercises & other matters and recording minutes of meeting
° Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Guidelines for RFA, AML/CFT, KYC processes and relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
° Provide advisory to clients on secretarial matters and manage their expectation
° Streamline compliance and all statutory work procedures and regular review and updates of the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
° Manage and ensure all compliance secretarial works are carried out according to IPPC
° Coach and review the work of junior team members to ensure the provision of quality work in a timely manner.
° Work closely with Director and HODs and provide regular training for all staff
Requirements:
° ICSA/CSIS Graduate preferred / Degree in Accounting / Law
° Good understanding of Singapore Companies’ Act
° At least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional firm
° Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
° Positive work attitude with strong initiatives
