Guide on attending CSIS webinars – Payable events

For payable events

1. If you are attending the webinar via Zoom, please log out of Zoom from your default browser before clicking on the link to login. Participants that access the webinar with the name that differs from the format given in point 4 WILL be denied access to enter the webinar. NO refund will be provided.

1a. On your default browser (Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc), key in the link: https://zoom.us/profile

1b. If you are sent to Zoom login, please move on to step 2.

1c. If you are sent to your profile page, click your profile picture at the top-right hand corner of the page, and click “SIGN OUT”.

1d. Upon signing out, repeat Step 1.1 to confirm that you are logged out.

2. Upon receiving the confirmation & reminder email, check to ensure that the details are correct. The confirmation email will be sent within 5 working days to confirm your registration, while the reminder email with the link will be sent to you a day prior to the webinar.

3. Follow the instructions as stated in the confirmation and reminder email.

4. Participants should log in to the webinar based on the format given in the Zoom’s Meeting Registration Form below.

5. CSIS reserves the right to change the date, time and venue or cancel the webinar owing to unforeseen circumstances.
