CSIS Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021

CSIS will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) via electronic means at 1.00 p.m. on Wednesday 31 March 2021.

On 15 March 2021, the notice had been sent via email and by post to all members for whom we held a current address.

The CSIS Council had decided that this year’s AGM will be held as a virtual event where members had to pre-register their attendance at the AGM via https://online.meetings.vision/csis-agm-registration/

Members are to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy. The proxy form can be downloaded for completion and submit it on the same pre-registration platform.

The closing date for submission of proxy form is on Thursday 25 March 2021 by 5.30 p.m.
